This fabric is not only environmentally safe, but protects against mosquito and other insects. Its mosquito-repellent abilities are groundbreaking and unique.
Fabrics containing HealthGuard helps protect against mosquito-borne illnesses like dengue fever, malaria, and West Nile Virus which has been moving from Africa to middle and northern Europe, and vast areas of North America.
Fabrics treated with HealthGuard protection maintain its mosquito-repellent capabilities even after numerous washings. HealthGuard is hypoallergenic and tested as safe to the human body. This innovative fabric can be used for the following products:
Children's garments, outdoor camping gear, curtains, protective clothing for construction wear, military wear, and outdoor fashion wear. Wherever there are mosquitoes, fabrics with HealthGuard protection will repel them.

Test results of anti-mosquito fabric:
1. Before washing: bacterial inhibition rate >98%; mosquito repellence rate >80%.
2/ After 50 washes in accordance with ISO6330 at normal temperature: bacterial inhibition rate >90; mosquito repellence rate >70%.

BS EN ISO 6330 specifies standardized washing and drying procedures for textile testing. The procedures apply to textile fabrics, garments and other made-up textile articles which are subjected to appropriate combinations of domestic washing and drying procedures.
Provision is made for ten different washing procedures based on the use of a horizontal drum, front loading type machine (type A washer). Provision is made for eleven different washing procedures are based on the use of top loading agitator type of machine (type B washer).
The results obtained in the two types of machine, horizontal and vertical, may not be the same. Each washing procedure represents a single domestic wash.
